Delete your honeygram account

Request account and data deletion

You do not need to install honeygram to request deletion. Email dale@opusflame.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my honeygram account. Include your username if you know it.

We will verify that you own the account before processing your request. Never send your password or sign-in code. If the email link does not open, copy the address into your email app.

Delete in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account, then confirm deletion. If Apple confirmation cannot be completed, the app offers an explicit option to delete your data without disconnecting Apple.

What is deleted

We delete your honeygram profile and data: posts, photos and photo details, comments, chats, follows, characters you created and the photos you uploaded for them, Gold, your age declaration and AI data-sharing choice, and your reports.

Timing and retained records

We begin deletion after verifying your request and aim to finish within 30 days, including deletion requests to our providers. Copies in routine backups are overwritten on their normal backup cycle.

Sign-in information is retained only as long as needed to provide services you still use. Copies of images still used by content you keep are retained with that content. Limited records may remain for legal obligations, disputes, abuse prevention, consent history and moderation audits, only as long as those purposes require. Backups, emails you send us and copies held by AI providers follow their own retention periods.
