“Kind, funny and creative” is a beginning, but it leaves a lot open. To create a character with a clearer perspective, turn each trait into a habit. What would they notice in a photo? What kind of question might they ask? How would they react to a project that did not go to plan? This guide helps you write a fictional personality brief.
Turn adjectives into observable habits
Start with one or two traits and give each a concrete expression. An observant character might notice a crooked stem rather than the whole bouquet. A practical character might ask what you tried next. A playful character might find a joke in a recipe that took twice as long as expected.
Keep those habits compatible. If you describe a character as both very brief and eager to give long explanations, add context for when each style fits. Specificity makes the brief easier to understand without making AI behavior predictable.
